TURN ONE IDEA INTO A WEEK OF CONTENT
One strong idea can become a reel, a carousel, an email and a story. The trick is changing the job of each format, not copying the same paragraph four times.
Find the core idea
Write one specific lesson you learned and an example that proves it. Ask: who needs this, and what should they do after seeing it?
Use this prompt
“Here is my idea, example and audience. Turn it into a five-post plan: one short video, one carousel, one story, one email and one follow-up post. Give each a different purpose. Keep the facts unchanged and mark places where you need more evidence or a personal detail.”
Edit before you publish
Record the video in your own voice. Check every factual claim. Remove generic openings, add the detail only you could know, and give each post one clear next step.
