MAKE CLAUDE UNDERSTAND YOUR BUSINESS
If every Claude conversation starts from zero, you spend your time explaining the same business again. Write a short context brief once and improve it as you go.
What to include
- Who you help and what you sell.
- Your audience’s real questions, objections and language.
- Three examples of writing you like and why.
- Things you never want to claim or sound like.
- The goal and constraints for the specific task.
Copy this starter prompt
“Interview me one question at a time to create a one-page business context brief. Cover my offer, audience, tone, proof, constraints and words I avoid. After the interview, draft the brief, identify gaps and ask me to approve or correct it. Do not invent facts.”
Put it to work
Give Claude the approved brief with a real task: “Using this brief, draft three email openings for [offer]. Each should use a different customer objection. Explain the difference in angle.” Pick one, correct it, and add any important correction to your brief for next time.
