Creating fresh content every day burns people out. The shortcut: record one longer video (5–10 minutes of you talking about something you know), then use AI to turn it into a week of posts in different formats.

Step 1: Record one "core" video

Pick one question your audience keeps asking. Answer it on camera like you're explaining it to a friend. Don't script it, just use 3 bullet points as a guide.

Good core topics:

• "The biggest mistake I see beginners make with ___"
• "How I'd start ___ from zero today"
• "3 things I wish I knew before ___"

Step 2: Get the transcript

Most editing apps (CapCut, Descript, etc.) can auto-generate captions. Export or copy that text. You can also upload the audio to an AI tool and ask it to transcribe.

Step 3: The repurposing prompt

Here's the transcript of a video I recorded:

My audience: [who]. My tone: [3 words].

Turn it into:
1. 3 short reel scripts (20–40 sec each). Each one needs a scroll-stopping
   hook in the first line, one idea only, and a clear ending.
2. 2 carousel outlines (7–9 slides): slide 1 hook, one point per slide,
   last slide = call to action.
3. 1 caption-style post (story format, under 200 words).
4. 5 story ideas (polls, questions, behind the scenes).
5. 1 email to my list (under 250 words).

Use my own phrases from the transcript wherever possible so it sounds like me.

Step 4: Find the clips

From this transcript, find the 5 strongest 15–30 second moments
for short clips. Give me the exact opening and closing sentence
of each so I can find them in the video.

Cut those in your editor, add captions and a few zoom-ins. Done.

Keep it human

AI should reshape your ideas, not replace them. Before posting, read each piece and ask: "Would I actually say this?" If not, fix the line. Your personality is the part AI can't copy.
